TeamSurge
TeamSurge is a talent pipeline management platform that connects engineering and computer science students with employers, manages alumni networks, and provides institutional intelligence for workforce development organizations.
Team Surge is a purpose-built platform for organizations that manage talent pipelines between educational institutions and employers. It handles the full lifecycle: student recruitment and matching, university partner verification, recruiter engagement, alumni social networking, AI-powered resume review and job matching, and institutional analytics. Built on AWS with embedded machine learning, Team Surge replaces what would otherwise require five to seven separate vendor products — ATS, CRM, alumni platform, analytics suite, and communication tools — in a single, integrated system designed around the way talent pipeline organizations actually operate.
- For Students: Profile management, AI-powered resume review, personalized internship matching via semantic embeddings, and direct engagement with recruiters through the platform.
- For Recruiters: Intelligent candidate matching, interview and offer pipeline management, hold system for candidate reservation, and streamlined communication tools.
- For University Partners: Student verification workflows, cohort management, and institutional reporting.
- For Alumni: Social networking, professional profiles with LinkedIn integration, membership tiers, real-time messaging and video calls, and curated content feeds.
- For Administrators: CRM for constituent relationship management, executive intelligence, workforce analytics, business development tools, content moderation, and comprehensive platform configuration.
- Team Surge integrates machine learning throughout: including resume scoring and semantic matching, embeddings connect candidates to opportunities based on skills and experience (not just keywords), and workforce intelligence reports that synthesize open source data and financials into actionable insights.
The platform runs on AWS with enterprise security, encrypted storage, and role-based access control across six user types.
